I can't use my direct access links any more!

This is most likely caused by the fact we introduced a new version on 6/8/2002 which changes some of those URLs entry points. You will have to go to the organize window again and click on the quick access image to get the updated URLs
Which browsers are supported by Skramkoob?
This version adds full support for Gecko-based browsers. The list of first class citizens (full javascript support) now includes IE (>4), Mozilla, Netscape (>6) and Chimera. For other browsers, plain HTML is used.
I am using Mozilla and can't see my bookmarks!
One of the features of Mozilla is the ability to turn off 'unwanted' pop up windows. Unfortunately, Skramkoob uses a pop up window for bookmark display. If you temporarily turn that feature back on and log back in, you should be able to see all your bookmarks.
I can't login!
Make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser (Internet Options for IE, preferences for Netscape)
I am getting 'Your Session has timed out' error messages in my bookmark window.
If you are using IE, make sure that scripting is enabled in the Internet Options.

Session timeouts are normal in the management window.
I am using Netscape, and I can't expand/contract my bookmark folders

My 'Add Bookmark' link in my toolbar does not work
Not all browsers support the necessary javascript operation for this feature. If you encounter problems, you can use the 'Drag to add' hyperlink that is located in the upper right corner of your bookmark window. Dragging this link to a browser window will let you add a bookmark to the page you are currently viewing.
Why the name 'Skramkoob'?
